The inner retainer penetrates through the sleeve body and is fixedly installed on the upper end surface of the sleeve body through an end flange of the inner retainer. Thelower flange is fixedly installed at the lowermost end of the inner retainer. The fit clearance between the inner diameter W1 of the sleeve body and the outer diameter W2 of the inner retainer is 0.20-0.5 mm.
