One end of the cylinder body is connected with one side of the flange. The flange is provided with a guiding hole, wherein the piston rod is connected with the guiding hole in a sliding manner. A piston is arranged at the tail end of the piston rod, wherein the piston is connected with the inner wall of the cylinderbody in a sliding manner. A cutting tool is mounted at the other side of the flange and extends into a guiding groove in the piston rod. The cooling pipe unidirectionally extends to the mounting position of the cutting tool in a communicating manner from the interior of the cylinder body.
