Problems solved by technology

However, related studies have found that perfluorinated compounds contained in clothes are carcinogenic and toxic, and may cause deformed children in pregnant women; not only that, perfluorinated compounds are difficult to decompose, resulting in their persistence and accumulation in animals and plants And long-term circulation in the natural environment; in view of the danger of perfluorinated compounds, the European Union, the United States and other regions have strictly restricted the use of perfluorinated compounds, so a fluorine-free dial that can meet environmental protection demands and meet the required water repellency Water agent becomes an important issue
[0003] In order to solve the above problems, it has been proposed to coat the surface of the fabric with a solution of nano-metal particles with a lotus effect to form a water-repellent isolation layer. However, the nano-metal particle materials must go through complicated synthesis steps and harsh reactions. Conditions, even with the unique grinding dispersion technology can be produced, so the manufacturing cost of the aforementioned method is too high to be widely used

Embodiment 1

[0031] Please refer to figure 1 , which is a schematic flow diagram of the method for preparing a fluorine-free water repellant in Example 1.

[0032] First, in step (a1), 33 grams of 2,2'-dimethylolpropionic acid and 113 grams of isophorone diisocyanate were added to a four-necked reactor containing 70 grams of ethyl acetate and 30 grams of acetone , and drop 0.1 g of dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst. Then, the above-mentioned reactants were mixed uniformly at 60°C and reacted for 4 hours to obtain an intermediate product having -NH(CO)O- functional groups, and then cooled to 50°C. Among them, the molar ratio of the total hydroxyl groups of DMPA to the total isocyanate groups of IPDI is 1:2.06.

[0033] Subsequently, in step (a2), the temperature was raised to 80°C, and 200 grams of PTMEG-2000 as a chain extender was polymerized with the intermediate product and kept stirring until the reaction was completed, that is, PTMEG 2000 reacted with the intermediate product to A firs...

Embodiment 2

[0038] Example 2 The method for preparing a fluorine-free water repellent is similar to the steps of the method in Example 1, the difference is that the polyisocyanate is changed to a combination of hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate, and the hexamethylene diisocyanate The molar ratio of diisocyanate to isophorone diisocyanate is 3:7; in addition, the dendritic polyol is changed to a combination of P-500 and P-501, and the weight ratio of P-500 to P-501 is 1:3 .

Embodiment 3

[0040] Example 3 The method for preparing a fluorine-free water repellant is similar to the steps of the method in Example 2, the difference is that the molar ratio of polyisocyanate hexamethylene diisocyanate to isophorone diisocyanate is changed to 7:3; In addition, the weight ratio of P-500 and P-501 of the dendritic polyol is 3:1.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a fluorine-free water repellent. The method comprises the steps: (1) performing a polymerization reaction on a carboxyl-containing diol compound, a chainextender and a polyisocyanate in an organic solvent so as to obtain a first mixture comprising a polyurethane prepolymer, wherein the chain extender is polyester diol, polyether diol, polysilicon diolor a combination, and the molar ratio of the total hydroxyl groups of the carboxyl-containing diol compound and the chain extender to the total isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate is (1:1.2)-(1:2); (2) adding dendric polyol to the first mixture, performing a reaction between the dendric polyol and the polyurethane prepolymer in the first mixture so as to obtain a second mixture; and (3) adding fatty alcohol to the second mixture, and performing an end-capping reaction so as to obtain the fluorine-free water repellent. The invention also provides the fluorine-free water repellent preparedby using the preparation method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fluorine-free water-repellent agent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a fluorine-free water-repellent agent for textiles and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The textile industry has long used perfluorinated compounds such as TEFLON developed by DuPont as a waterproofing agent for fabrics. However, related studies have found that perfluorinated compounds contained in clothes are carcinogenic and toxic, and may cause deformed children in pregnant women; not only that, perfluorinated compounds are difficult to decompose, resulting in their persistence and accumulation in animals and plants And long-term circulation in the natural environment; in view of the danger of perfluorinated compounds, the European Union, the United States and other regions have strictly restricted the use of perfluorinated compounds, so a fluorine-free dial that can meet environmental protection demands and me...
