According to the ball screw induction quenching treatment method, the rolling groove is coated with the magnetic conductor, and therefore the magnetic leaking phenomenon of the screw rolling groove in the induction quenching process can be effectively improved; and induction quenching is conducted on the ball screw coated with the magnetic conductor by adopting the heating inductor which inclines 30 degrees, and therefore the hardness and the effective hardened layer depth of a rolling way and hardened layers at the edges of the rolling way are further increased.
