Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, steel web composite box girders all adopt the construction technology of steel web hoisting and installation, and box girder top and bottom slab concrete casting. From the application situation, this method has limited effect on saving construction period, and the steel web and top and bottom slabs will be separated during on-site pouring. The quality of the connection between concrete is not easy to guarantee, so it is of great significance to provide a new structural form that can significantly improve construction efficiency

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawings and examples.

[0016] refer to figure 1 with figure 2 , the connection structure between the prefabricated steel web and the prefabricated concrete slab of the present invention includes a concrete slab 10 and a steel web 20 . On the flange steel plate 21 of the steel web 20, shear studs 22 are arranged at intervals horizontally and vertically. The concrete slab 10 is provided with reserved channels 11 corresponding to the shear studs 22 at the parts connected to the steel web 20 , and the reserved channels 11 vertically penetrate the concrete slab 10 . refer to figure 1 with image 3 , the inner surface of the concrete slab 10 is closely attached to the flange steel plate 21, each shear nail 22 extends into the corresponding reserved channel 11, and is densely packed in the gap between the inner wall of the reserved channel 11 and the surface of the shear nail 22 The ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a connection structure between an assembled steel web and a prefabricated concrete slab in order to significantly improve the construction efficiency of a steel web box girderbridge and shorten the construction period. The connection structure comprises the concrete slab and the steel web. Shear nails are distributed transversely and longitudinally on a flange steel plateof the steel web at intervals. The concrete slab is a prefabricated reinforced concrete member, and reserved hole channels corresponding to the shear nails are formed in the portions, connected withthe steel web, of the concrete slab and vertically run through the prefabricated concrete slab. An inner plate surface of the concrete slab closely fits the flange steel plate, the shear nails are inserted into the corresponding reserved hole channels, gaps between the inner walls of the reserved hole tunnels and the surfaces of the shear nails are closely filled with epoxy mortar in a pouring mode, and the steel web and the concrete slab are firmly connected into a whole body.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bridge, in particular to a connection structure between an assembled steel web and a prefabricated concrete slab, and is especially suitable for a steel-concrete composite structure bridge composed of a steel web and a prefabricated concrete top and bottom plate. Background technique [0002] The steel-web composite box girder structure replaces the web of the concrete box girder with high-strength steel, and the steel web and the top and bottom plates are connected by shear keys, forming a composite structure in which steel and concrete play their respective advantages. The use of steel webs can greatly reduce the self-weight of the bridge superstructure, which is especially economical in areas with poor geological conditions. At the same time, replacing concrete webs with steel webs with high shear strength can specifically solve the problems of web cracking of long-span continuous rigid frame (continuous girder) bridges an...
