Abstract

The invention discloses a cerebral injury neural repair promoting composition and an application and assessment method thereof. The cerebral injury neural repair promoting composition comprises an EGFR antibody drug and neural stem cells. The invention further discloses application of the composition to preparation of a cerebral injury repair product. The product at least has functions of alleviating an inhibition effect of myelin protein molecules after cerebral injuries, promoting differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and promoting nerve axon growth to finally achieve a cerebralinjury repair function. According to in-vitro simulation experiments, the cerebral injury neural repair promoting composition is capable of alleviating the inhibition effect of myelin protein molecules after cerebral injuries, microenvironment improvement can be realized through the EGFR antibody drug, a great performance of promoting differentiation of the neural stem cells into the neurons is achieved, and cerebral injury recovery is finally promoted through promotion of nerve axon growth.
