Abstract

The invention discloses an algorithm for signal synchronization based on binary offset carrier modulation. The algorithm comprises the steps of carrying out carrier demodulation on a high-frequency BOC signal received by an antenna and converting the high-frequency BOC signal into an intermediate-frequency BOC signal; synthesizing the intermediate-frequency BOC signal obtained after carrier demodulation and a cross-correlation function of a local PRN sequence into a correlation function containing only one main peak through operation to realize signal synchronization. The algorithm is completely applicable to sine BOC (n, n) signals and cosine BOC (n, n) signals and different from an ASPECT algorithm which is only applicable to sin BOC (n, n) signals. By adopting the algorithm, the influence of side peaks can be completely eliminated, and great multipath resistance to medium-delay multipath signals is achieved, so that the reliability and safety of the signals are ensured.
