The device comprises a collimator array, a polarization processing unit, an optical path processing unit, a spatial light lens unit and a switching chip, wherein the collimator array is provided with multiple output ports, a first input port and a second input port; the polarization processing unit is used for respectively converting two pieces of signal light inputted via the first input port and the second input port into incident S-polarized light andincident P-polarized light; the optical path processing unit includes a reflecting mirror and polarization beam splitter (PBS) which are arranged in a spacing mode; the spatial light lens unit is used for collecting the incident S-polarized light and the incident P-polarized light on the switching chip along the vertical direction; and the switching chip is used for processing the incident S-polarized light and the incident P-polarized light collected on the switching chip to obtain reflected S-polarized light and reflected P-polarized light and transmitting the reflected S-polarized light and the reflected P-polarized light to any two output ports on the collimator array.
