The invention discloses a method for early diagnosis of perinatal dairy cattle hypocalcemia by using prenatal blood indexes, wherein the prenatal blood indexes are hydroxyl-terminal telopeptide of collagen type I (CITP), fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and the like in serum, which are sensitive to perinatal dairy cattle hypocalcemia. The contents of CITP, FGF23 and P in serum of dairy cattle before 1-2 weeks of delivery are detected, a model equation: y=0.909-0.663*CITP+6.065*P-0.048*FGF23 is used, and the total score being greater than 0 is used as the evaluation index of postpartum hypocalcemia in dairy cattle.
