Embodiment example

[0026] The blood of dairy cows within 2 weeks of milk production was randomly collected in an intensive pasture, anticoagulated with heparin, and the plasma was separated. Detect the value of blood FGF23, CITP and P, and use the disease prediction equation of the present invention to calculate and obtain the y value, as shown in Table 4, the y value of 3 dairy cows in 10 dairy cows>0, so the incidence of postpartum dairy cow hypocalcemia in this pasture Rate forecast is 30%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for early diagnosis of perinatal dairy cattle hypocalcemia by using prenatal blood indexes, wherein the prenatal blood indexes are hydroxyl-terminal telopeptide of collagen type I (CITP), fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and the like in serum, which are sensitive to perinatal dairy cattle hypocalcemia. The contents of CITP, FGF23 and P in serum of dairy cattle before 1-2 weeks of delivery are detected, a model equation: y=0.909-0.663*CITP+6.065*P-0.048*FGF23 is used, and the total score being greater than 0 is used as the evaluation index of postpartum hypocalcemia in dairy cattle. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the model are 84.6%, 80.0% and 82.6%, respectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal diseases, and in particular relates to a method for diagnosing hypocalcemia in dairy cows during the peripartum period by using prenatal blood indicators. [0002] technical background [0003] With the continuous development of my country's dairy industry, dairy farming has become a key industry to promote the development of my country's animal husbandry. Hypocalcemia in dairy cows is a disease with high incidence of calcium metabolism disorders in dairy cows during the peripartum period. In severe cases, it presents clinical features such as postpartum paralysis and coma, which seriously reduces the milk production and milk quality of dairy cows, causing huge economic losses to the development of the dairy industry. loss. However, due to the many causes of peripartum hypocalcemia, and the calcium metabolism and regulation in dairy cows are affected by many factors, more and more people pay more and more at...
