The invention relates to a group of markers for reacting aspergillus flavus poisoning. Blood indexes are glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, lactic dehydrogenase and cholinesterase. ALT, AST, LDH, ALP and CHE in the blood indexes are sensitive to animals poisoned by aflatoxin; a detection model is established by detecting contents of ALT, AST, LDH, ALP, CHE and the like in serum (plasma) and analyzing correlation with aspergillus flavus poisoning; the problems that the aspergillus flavus poisoning of animals cannot be found and treated early, the detection difficulty is high and the cost is high clinically at present are solved, the aspergillus flavus poisoning is found in time, treatment is conducted as soon as possible, and economic losses caused to animal husbandry are reduced.
