Abstract

The invention discloses a green environment-friendly anti-microbial blended yarn and a spinning technology thereof. The blended yarn is prepared by spinning 10-35% of milk fiber, 10-20% of ramie fiber, 20-35% of soybean fiber, and 30-40% of modal fiber in weight percentage by a blending yarn spinning process. The spinning process sequentially comprises a loose stock dyeing process, a fiber mixingprocess, a cotton carding process, a drawing process, a roving process, a spinning process, and a spooling process. The anti-microbial blended yarn is formed by blending multiple fibers, the properties of each fiber is highlighted by reasonably setting the weight proportion of the fibers, advantages of all fibers are integrated, and therefore, not only are basic properties of the yarns kept, but also the anti-microbial protective function of the yarn is ensured.
