Abstract

The invention provides anti-oxidation hot work mold steel and a preparation method thereof. The anti-oxidation hot work mold steel is characterized by comprising the following components in percentageby mass: 0.15-0.30% of C, 10-13% of Cr, 1.0-2.5% of Ni, 1.5-3.0% of Mo, 0.5-1.5% of Co, Si below 0.8%, Mn below 0.8%, W below 1%, V below 0.9%, Nb below 0.3%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable micro impurities in the steel. The steel is better than H13 steel and 3Cr2W8V steel in high-temperature strength above 600 DEG C, achieves excellent heat fatigue resistance, and is prominently better than such traditional hot work mold steel as H13 in corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
