Problems solved by technology

Whether the alignment of the prosthesis is suitable is the key to the success of the hemi-knee surgery. If the alignment is not correct, it will either cause greater pressure on the other side, that is, the side without lesions, or accelerate the wear of the prosthesis gasket , which will cause the second operation to cause greater physical and mental harm to the patient

Embodiment Construction

[0047] The implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and examples.

[0048] Such as figure 1 As shown, the trajectory of the distal femur relative to the prosthetic spacer is an important factor in judging whether the implantation position is appropriate. A suitable motion profile is smooth without too much curvature, and in the center of the pad without deviating to the edge of the pad.

[0049] Such as figure 2 As shown, the array pressure sensor is placed in the prosthesis gasket to measure the pressure distribution on the concave surface of the prosthesis gasket in real time. The FPGA controls the multi-channel analog switch to scan the array points of the array pressure sensor, and the analog voltage is divided by the resistance divider ADC. The value is converted into a digital value, and the FPGA transmits the data to the RF transmitter chip according to a custom protocol. The digital baseband circuit i...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system for measuring a force line track of distal femur relative to a prosthetic pad in unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, wherein a hardware system mainly comprises an array pressure sensor, a data transmission and interface circuit, a radio frequency transceiver and a PC. The track measurement algorithm mainly adopts two times of least square fitting, and the first time of least square fitting is used for obtaining pressure distribution data and a maximum pressure point coordinate. The maximum pressure point is taken as a touch point. The second times of least square fitting is adopted to obtain a final force line track. According to the method, the motion track of the femoral prosthesis relative to the prosthesis pad can be acquired in real time, the obtained track is compared with a standard track, and the femoral prosthesis, the prosthesis pad and the tibial prosthesis are installed by taking the obtained track as a reference, so that an installation position and an installation angle are determined.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical electronics, and in particular relates to a method and system for measuring the trajectory of the force line of the distal end of the femur relative to the prosthesis spacer in unicompartmental knee joint replacement. Background technique [0002] Knee replacement surgery can be divided into Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) and Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA). Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty was used clinically in the 1980s. Thirty percent of the population currently undergoing knee replacement surgery undergoes unicompartmental knee replacement surgery. According to a survey conducted by Oxford University, compared with TKA surgery, 1.8 times of UKA patients feel that the hemi-knee prosthesis inserted is more natural, and 2.7 times of patients think that the operation is more successful and has fewer postoperative complications. The advantages of UKA are small surgical incision, less bl...
