Problems solved by technology

[0002] The fallen leaves of urban street trees are a very important problem for urban appearance, especially when the seasons change in southern cities, the fallen leaves are scattered all over the place with the wind. After the sanitation workers clean up the fallen leaves, they are often incinerated because of the large amount, which is a waste of resources.

Embodiment 1

[0023] A kind of preparation method of ginkgo leaf cellulose

[0024] Step 1: Collect fallen leaves and dry them;

[0025] Step 2: Press the film into pieces, cut and pulverize;

[0026] Step 3: After the second crushing, enter the fermentation tank, add a decomposition agent, and ferment and decompose;

[0027] Step 4: Filtration of the fermentation product, separation of solid phase and liquid phase;

[0028] Step five: solid phase sterilization;

[0029] Step 6: Add bleach to the solid phase and dilute with water, and stir evenly;

[0030] Step 7: After adjusting the pH, dry and mold into blocks.

[0031] Furthermore, the decomposing agent is a cellulolytic agent and a lignocellulolytic strain agent.

[0032] Further, the lignocellulolytic strain agent is callulomnas flavigenad.

[0033] Furthermore, the fifth step is high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

[0034] Furthermore, the third step is stirring regularly during the fermentation and decomposition ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of energy regeneration, and relates to a preparation method for ginkgo leaf cellulose. The method comprises the following steps: 1, collection and drying fallen leaves; 2, press molding for forming a block, cutting, and crushing; 3, secondary crushing, addition of the secondarily crushed leaves into a fermentation tank, addition of a decomposing agent, and fermenting decomposition; 4, filtration of the obtained fermentation product, and solid phase-liquid phase separation; 5, solid phase sterilization; 6, addition of a bleaching agent to the obtained solid phase, dilution with water, and uniform stirring; and 7, adjustment of the pH value, drying, and press molding for forming a block. Heat generated by fermentation accelerates the decomposition of cellulose, a fungus simultaneously produces cellulose degrading enzymes, and a liquid phase contains a large amount of active enzymes and fungal spores after the solid phase-liquid phase separation, and canbe recycled. The cellulose produced by the method has the advantages of high content, no pollution and good quality, and the method can reasonably utilize fallen ginkgo leaves to produce cellulose, saves resources and protects the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of energy regeneration, in particular to a method for reusing fallen leaves, in particular to a method for preparing ginkgo leaf cellulose. Background technique [0002] The fallen leaves of urban street trees are a very important problem for the urban appearance, especially when the seasons change in southern cities, the fallen leaves are scattered all over the place with the wind. After the sanitation workers clean up the fallen leaves, they are often incinerated because of the large amount, which is a waste of resources. In the south, Ginkgo biloba is widely planted in parks and campuses because of its medicinal value, but the treatment of its fallen leaves has always been a problem. After garbage sorting, the fallen leaves are not disposed of in the kitchen waste because of their high cellulose content and low water content. The treatment of ginkgo fallen leaves has brought great pressure to the city. Contents o...
