Abstract

The invention provides a large-size digitalized medical instrument safety management method and a system. The method comprises the steps of S1, planning a surgery plan according to a patient disease condition, and setting a surgery operation parameter; S2, detecting various performances of a surgery robot; S3, performing surgery plan rehearsal by the surgery robot in a zero-load operation mode; and S4, executing a real surgery in an automatic or semi-automatic mode by the surgery robot, and performing an auxiliary surgery operation through an expert master control command platform. The large-size digitalized medical instrument safety management method and the system settle a problem of shortage of a corresponding safety management system in a digitalized medical instrument in prior art andgreatly improves safety of the medical instrument. Through performing software and hardware detection on the surgery robot and zero-load rehearsal after detection, safe operation of the medical instrument in surgery can be effectively ensured, and furthermore an expert doctor is used for auxiliary operation of the surgery robot, thereby effectively reducing accidents and ensuring life safety of the patient.
