Abstract

The invention provides a liquidity evaluation method for super heavy oil doped LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), and a matched LPG injection and recovery device thereof. The evaluation method provided bythe invention is mainly characterized in that the parameters, including the flow, the pressure difference and the like, of mixed liquid under a condition of different temperatures and different liquefied petroleum gas mixing amounts are tested to simulate pipe flow characteristics, the viscosity reduction and resistance reduction effect of the liquefied petroleum gas on the super heavy oil is analyzed so as to determine reasonable parameters, including mixing amount, operation temperature, pressure and the like, and a theoretical basis is provided for practical petroleum transmission pipelinetechnical design. By use of the matched device provided by the invention, different valves and equipment can be started and closed, under a totally airtight condition, the mixing of the liquefied petroleum gas and the super heavy oil as well as the recovery of the liquefied petroleum gas can be finished, and a circuit and a temperature control device can be conveniently cooperated so as to finisha mixed liquid liquidity evaluation experiment. The device has the advantages of high practicality, good safety, flexibility in operation, convenience in installation and transportation, no environment pollution and the like.
