Underthe assembling condition, due to restraint of limiting structure jointly consisting of a rotating limiting pin on an inner housing of a capsule and a rotating limiting groove in an outer housing of the capsule, as well as an inclined angle formed between a magnetic pole of a first magnetic cylinder fixed in the inner housing of the capsule and a magnetic pole of a second magnetic cylinder fixed inthe outer housing of the capsule, rotation torsion is generated, so that the capsule is always under an internal closed combined condition; when an external magnetic field is exerted, one or more orboth of the first magnetic cylinder and the second magnetic cylinder rotate under the effect of the external magnetic field; the rotation between the magnetic cylinders drives the mutual rotation of the inner housing and the outer housing of the capsule, malposition of fluid inlets in the inner housing and the outer housing is eliminated, and the fluid inlets are under an opening condition when the external magnetic field is exerted; and when the external magnetic field is withdrawn, the fluid inlets in the inner housing and the outer housing are under a malposition enclosing condition, so that the purpose of fluid taking is realized.
