Abstract

The invention relates to an electrochromic film and a preparation method thereof. The electrochromic film is prepared by adopting poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT: PSS) and polyethylene oxide (PEO) through a simple solution blending method. The electrochromic film has the beneficial effects that abundant paths can be provided for ion transport to PEDOT molecular chains by means of the PEO, so that the ion transport capacity of the PEO / PEDOT: PSS blended film disclosed by the invention is improved; by combining with the electronic conductivity of the PEDOT: PSSper se, the PEO / PEDOT: PSS blended film has a good ion-electron mixed conductive property; and the electrochromic reaction capability and the optical contrast of the PEDOT: PSS film are increased bymeans of the PEO / PEDOT: PSS ion-electron mixed conductive blended film. The preparation method has the beneficial effects of low requirements on equipment, low production cost, energy saving and environmental protection and can be used for the research and development and the production of related electrochromic products.
