Abstract

The invention provides a driving control circuit and an air conditioner, wherein the driving control circuit comprises a first resistive element, a switching element, a current measuring element and acontrol chip; the switching element is configured to control the first resistive element to absorb a surge signal on a high-voltage bus, the current measuring element is used for measuring a currentsignal flowing through the first resistive element, and the first resistive element, the switching element and the current measuring element are connected in series and then connected between the high-voltage bus and a low-voltage bus; the control chip is used for detecting and confirming that the current signal is greater than a preset current threshold, and stopping driving the switching element, so that the first resistive element stops absorbing the surge signal, thereby reducing the possibility that the components and parts in the driving control circuit are damaged due to overcurrent.
