Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for separating and reducing methylchlorosilane impurities through organosilicon contacts. A separation method of the organosilicon contacts is included, and a screened solid phase is returned to a fluidized bed for a methylchlorosilane reaction. The separation method of the organosilicon contacts comprises the following steps: separating a solid phase from syngas produced during synthesis of methylchlorosilane; screening a separated solid phase. A system for reducing the impurity content of a methylchlorosilane product comprises the fluidized bed, acollecting device and a separation device of the organosilicon contacts, wherein the fluidized bed is connected with a solid phase separator and a screening machine; the collecting device is connected with the screening machine. The solid phase in the syngas is separated through the separator, solid-phase particles with the particle size of 200-325 microns are separated out and returned into thefluidized bed, the separated solid-phase particles are mostly contacts formed through good combination of silicon powder and a catalyst, and a gas-solid reaction is performed on the contacts and gas-phase methyl chloride in the fluidized bed to obtain dimethyldichlorosilane, so that the production probability of the dimethyldichlorosilane is increased.
