According to the dental implant and the implanting method of the teeth disclosed by theinvention, the central through holes and the gradient micropores are formed in the implanting screw, so that elastic modulus of the dental implant is reduced, the rising compatibility of the dental implant is improved, the failure of implantation caused by osteopenia is avoided; and moreover, the implanting method is simple in operation, is short in healing periods and has a better implanting effect.
