Abstract

The invention relates to a single photon detector and a high-voltage quick adjusting circuit thereof. The high-voltage rapid adjustment circuit comprises: a high voltage circuit, a reference voltage circuit, an operational amplifier wherein the output end of the high-voltage circuit is used for outputting a set voltage; the output end of the reference voltage circuit is used for generating a reference voltage; and the in-phase input end of the operational amplifier is connected with the output end of the reference voltage circuit, the output end of the operational amplifier is connected with the control end of a switching tube, the input end of the switching tube is connected with the output end of the high-voltage circuit, the output end of the switching tube is used for being connected with the cathode of the single photon detection diode, and a capacitor is connected between the output end of the operational amplifier and the cathode of the single photon detection diode in parallel.The single photon detector and the high-voltage quick adjusting circuit thereof can prevent the breakdown of the photodiode, avoid the problems of ringing and oscillation and improve the stability ofthe circuit.
