The water distribution system comprises a left water distribution pipeline and aright water distribution pipeline which are arranged on two sides of the accelerator cavity; each of the left water distribution pipeline and the right water distribution pipeline comprises a universal water distribution pipeline and an electrode water distribution pipeline; and each electrode water distribution pipeline comprises an electrode water inlet main pipe, a plurality of electrode waterinlet branch pipes, a plurality of electrode water return branches and an electrode water return main pipe. The water distribution system of the four-wing radio frequency quadrupole field acceleratorcavity disclosed by the invention is provided with the electrode water distribution pipelines which are specially used for cooling electrodes, so that the four electrodes at the two ends of each acceleration section of the accelerator cavity can be cooled, the cooling between different parts in the accelerator cavity is maintained at the same temperature, the temperature and the frequency in theaccelerator cavity are stabilized, and a high-current ion beam which is stable in frequency is obtained by the accelerator cavity.
