[0059] From January 2007 to December 2016, a total of 594 human ovarian tissue specimens were collected from Qilu Hospital and Provincial Hospital in Shandong Province, including 65 normal ovarian tissues, 145 benign ovarian tumors and 384 epithelial ovarian cancer tissues. Specimens (142 cases of serous cystadenocarcinoma, 137 cases of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, 105 cases of endometrioid carcinoma). All ovarian cancer patients were clinically staged according to the FIGO staging system, including 73 cases of FIGO stage I, 105 cases of FIGO stage II, and 206 cases of FIGO stage III and IV. None of the patients received preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy. This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Shandong University and was performed with the informed consent of the patients.
