The detection device includes a feed module, a transmission module, a detection module, a sorting module and a control module. The feeding module includes vibratory feeders and chutes. The transport module includes a conveyor belt. A number of uniformly distributed counterbores are provided on the conveyor belt; a through hole is provided at the bottom of the counterbore. The detection module includes a halogen light source, an optical shutter and a fiber optic probe, a position sensor, and a hyperspectral imager set above the conveyor belt. Fiber optic probes and position sensors are installed between the upper and lower layers of the conveyor belt.
