Abstract

The invention discloses an evaluating system based on gene testing. The system comprises the components of a data acquisition module which can obtain a genome sequence through testing high-flux sequencing data of a to-be-evaluated sample; an identification module which is used for identifying a mononucleotide polymorphic site on the genome sequence and obtains the genotype of the mononucleotide polymorphic site; an allele matching module which compares the genotype of the mononucleotide polymorphic site with the corresponding genotype of each phenotype in the database, thereby obtaining a genotype comparison result; an evaluating module which performs evaluation according to the genotype comparison result and obtains an evaluation result, wherein the evaluating module comprises a disease risk evaluating module which is used for evaluating a disease suffering risk; and a report generating module which is used for forming an evaluation report according to the evaluation result. The valuating system can evaluate the disease suffering risk of an individual and furthermore can guide medicine taking suitability of an individual and evaluates the personal characteristic of the individual according to a gene testing result.
