Abstract

The steps are as follows: user comfort requirements and basic parameters of an air conditioning system are combined to form a user demand curve and aggregate bidding is carried out; a virtual control signal is formed by using a market control mode and a secondary frequency modulation is realized by adjusting the set temperature of the air conditioner user; a virtual inertial link is added on the basis of the traditional virtual droop control to form an improved virtual droop curve of the virtual power plant; the gear adjustment trigger frequency of each air conditioner is calculated and issued under a discrete control mode; and the primary frequency modulation is realized by adjusting the operation gear of an indoor unit. The invention matches the power response characteristics of the air conditioning system under different control modes with the response demand of the secondary frequency modulation and the primary frequency modulation of a power grid at the time sequence, fully exploits the demand response potential of the air conditioning system, and significantly reduces the power frequency modulation burden of the power grid.
