The inherent frequency of an energy change positioning seat, a fixed bearer and a displacement amplifier is all 20kHz, the screwing sizes of connecting positions of the energy change positioning seat, the fixed bearer and the displacement amplifier are adjusted, so that the integral inherent frequency of an ultrasonic generation assembly can be effectively adjusted within certain range. The back end of a test piece and the front end of the displacement amplifier are fastened by studs, and a loading bearer can applies pull-press stress load on the test piece. Thus, average stressloading can be realized in ultrasonic fatigue test; the inherent frequency of the ultrasonic generation assembly is adjusted automatically by PID closed-loop control to match that of the test piece, the precision of ultrasonic fatigue test is effectively improved, and the validity of test data is ensured; and 20kHz fatigue test can be realized, fatigue test time can be effectively shortened, and 1010 times of fatigue test can be completed efficiently.
