Abstract

The robot welding production line comprises a machine frame; a steel tube welding table is arranged on the upper side of the machine frame; a first clamping groove, a second clamping groove and a third clamping groove are formed in the upper side of the steel tube welding table; a screw rod is arranged on one side of the machine frame and isconnected to a sliding base in a threaded mode; a welding robot is arranged on the upper side of the sliding base through a rotating base; an electric welding head is arranged at one end of the welding robot; a PLC control cabinet is arranged at one end of the machine frame; and the input end of the welding robot is electrically connected to the output end of the PLC control cabinet.
