The antenna switch matrix device gates the corresponding monitoring antenna and transmits an electromagnetic environment signal to the electromagnetic environment monitoring receiver. The electromagnetic environment monitoring receiver arranges and analyzes the electromagnetic environment signals in real time. The antenna feed system, the antenna switch matrix device, the electromagnetic environment monitoring receiver and the electromagnetic spectrum management terminal are in communication connection with the network switch through an LAN. The antenna feed system comprises a monitoring antenna of 1.6 MHz to 30 MHz, a monitoring antenna of 30 MHz to 512 MHz, and acomposite antenna of 512 MHz to 60 GHz.
