The magnetic-floatation separation and comprehensive-utilization method comprises the following steps: performing ore grinding and weak magnetic separation on the high-sulfur magnetite concentrate to obtain weak magnetic-separation iron ore concentrate with TFe gradehigher than or equal to 64.0% and TS grade higher than or equal to 10.0%, performing primary flotation sulfur rough concentration, primary flotation sulfur concentration and primary flotation sulfur scavenging on the weak magnetic-separation iron ore concentrate to obtain the high-sulfur magnetite concentrate with TS grade higher than 24.0% and TFe grade higher than 60.0%, feeding discharged primary scavenging floating sulfur tailings into floating sulfur scavenging open operation to separately obtain a coal-separation heavy-medium product with iron grade greater than 63.0% and iron ore concentrate with iron grade greater than 67.0% and TS content lower than 1.1%, and taking the obtained high-sulfur magnetite concentrate with TS grade greater than 24.0% and TFe grade greater than 60.0% asraw materials for preparing acid of a sulfur plant. Sulfuric-acid residues obtained after acid preparation can be directly used as qualified iron ore concentrate, so that iron ore concentrate sulfur removal is realized, and comprehensive utilization of resource is realized, and therefore, economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits are remarkable.
