Abstract

The invention provides a crude fiber formation method of fiber reinforced composite material waste and reinforced concrete of the fiber reinforced composite material waste. The crude fiber formation method of the composite material waste comprises the following steps: measuring the length, width and height of the composite material waste, and taking the maximum size of the length, width and heightof the composite material waste as a reference size; and then, selecting an appropriate cutting mode for cutting according to the reference size to treat the waste into crude fibers with a length ranging from 30 mm to 150 mm, a width ranging from 1 mm to 30 mm and a thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 3 mm, wherein the cutting mode comprises rough cutting, middle cutting and fine cutting, and the fine cutting needs to be carried out in the extending direction of continuous fibers of middle-cut blocks. The composite material waste forming crude fibers is mixed with cement, coarse aggregate, fineaggregate and other components to prepare concrete with high strength and good toughness. The invention provides a technically feasible, economic and convenient way for recovery and recycling of composite material wastes, and has important significance for further promoting popularization and application of composite materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of recovery and recycling of composite materials, and in particular relates to a coarse fiberization method of fiber-reinforced composite material waste and reinforced concrete. Background technique [0002] Fiber-reinforced composite materials (referred to as: composite materials) are composed of continuous fibers and resin matrix, which have superior properties such as high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. Good way, therefore, widely used in shipbuilding, aerospace, wind power, construction, transportation, electrical and electronic and other fields. According to statistics, in 2016, the global market demand for composite materials was 11 million tons, and it grew at an average annual rate of about 4%. [0003] The types of continuous fibers that make up composite materials include glass fiber, carbon fiber, basalt fiber, aramid fiber and other fibers, among which glass...
