Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an underwater rapid leaking stoppage material from industrial waste residues. The industrial waste residues comprise waste incineration ash, fly ash andthe like. The method comprises the following steps: (1) calcining a quick-hardening cement-based material, namely heating a raw material prepared from waste incineration fly ash to 1200-1250 DEG C inan electric furnace at a heating speed of 20-30 DEG C / min, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours to prepare a quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement clinker, and mixing the clinker with anhydrous gypsum to obtain sulphoaluminate cement; and (2) preparation of the quick-hardening cement-based underwater leaking stoppage material: mixing sulphoaluminate cement, quartz sand, fly ash, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, redispersible rubber powder and fibers to obtain the underwater leaking stoppage material. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the product performance is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the serious burden and the treatment cost of the environment due to the fact that fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and the like are not utilized can be reduced.
