Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of judicial expertise, and relates to a method for simultaneously detecting various ethanol non-oxidized metabolites in a blood spot. According to the method, four types of ten kinds of ethanol non-oxidized metabolites in the blood spot are subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis at the same time, and the method mainly comprises the steps of pre-treating blood samples, dropping a human blood test material on #903 protein protective paper, drying at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, and preparing the blood spot; and measuring the concentration of the four types of ten kinds of ethanol non-oxidized metabolites in the blood spot by adopting a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. In the method, the amount of the blood samples is small, only 50muL is required; the pretreatment process is simple, convenient and rapid; the blood spot is taken as the test material, so that the method is suitable for the condition that the blood spot can only be obtained in an actual test case, is easy to operate and popularize, can remarkably improve the stability of the ethanol non-oxidized metabolites, can accurately and objectively reflect information of the ethanol non-oxidized metabolites at the time of sampling, meet the requirements that judicial expertise tasks are urgent and have high requirements on the detection time, and guarantee the reliability of a judicial expertise result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of forensic identification, and relates to a method for simultaneously detecting multiple non-oxidative metabolites of ethanol in blood spots, in particular to a method for simultaneously measuring 4 types of non-oxidative metabolites of ethanol in total in blood spots. Background technique [0002] Ethanol non-oxidative metabolites are reliable markers for judging ethanol intake, and researchers have confirmed that they can be used to judge drinking behavior in the near future and for a long time, and to distinguish whether the ethanol detected in cadaveric blood comes from drinking before death or from death after corruption. Blood is the most commonly used biological sample in forensic identification. In the previous research, our research team has established a method for the simultaneous detection of four types of ethanol non-oxidative metabolites in human blood. However, practice has shown that during the prese...
