Problems solved by technology

[0002] During oil well workover operations, it often occurs that the pipe string is stuck in the well; when the conventional methods of unblocking cannot be untied, the industry will use the method of lowering the cable or coiled tubing to cut the projectile; however, the lowering of the cable to cut It is not easy for the projectile to go down to the predetermined position when it is operated in the inclined shaft. When the coiled tubing is lowered to cut the projectile, the working space is relatively large and the cost is extremely high

Abstract

The invention discloses a process method of cutting a clamped tube by using a continuous sucker rod. The process method comprises five steps of 1, installing a blowout preventer at a wellhead; 2, using continuous sucker rod operation equipment to feed the continuous sucker rod and a drift diameter gauge connected with the lower part of the continuous sucker rod into a tightly clamped tubing stringfor pigging; 3, using a well-washing vehicle at the wellhead to perform pressurization and pressure test on the tightly clamped tubing string; 4, putting a tool formed by sequentially and serially connecting a cutting cartridge, an explosion initiation device, a pressure transmission tube and the continuous sucker rod from bottom to top into the tightly clamped tubing string in a string manner; and 5, using the well-washing vehicle to pressurize the tightly clamped tubing string at the wellhead so that the liquid column pressure is transferred to the explosion initiation device to ignite thecutting cartridge, and the tightly clamped tubing string is cut. The cutting cartridge can be very easily fed to a preset position even during the operation in an inclined shaft. The operation space requirement is small; the cost is low; the pigging efficiency is high; the explosion initiation is safe and reliable; the clamped tube is successfully cut by one step; and high efficiency and high speed are realized.
