Abstract

The hair sample can be directly applied to colloidal gold immunochromatography or fluorescence immunochromatography after being crushed. The crushing is implemented by performing high-speed oscillation in a low-temperature environment, so that the situations of local high temperature and non-uniform sample crushing are avoided; due to the addition of the hair lysate, small drug molecules in the hair of drug addicts can be well released.
