Abstract

Provided is a novel pavement method of a bikeway steel bridge deck pavement layer structure. A steel bridge deck plate, an anti-corrosion bonding layer, an ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) plateand a sealed layer are laid on a bikeway pavement structure from bottom to top in sequence. The pavement method is characterized in that the anti-corrosion bonding layer is prepared from an epoxy zinc-rich primer, the UHPC plate is composed of cement, silica fume, steel fiber, fine aggregate and an efficient water reducer, and the sealed layer is prepared from polyurethane modified epoxy resin. Studs are welded to the steel bridge deck plate. The novel pavement method of the bikeway steel bridge deck pavement layer structure has ultra-high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, safety anddurability, meanwhile reduces the construction difficulty, reduces the construction cost and produces certain economic benefits and social benefits.
