Abstract

A discharge device used for a supercritical water oxidation system and a control method thereof are provided. The control method comprises: 1) a step of graded feeding, namely a step of feeding overpressure discharge fluids generated by pipelines of different pressure levels in the supercritical water oxidation system into the discharge device in a normal preparation state through independent discharge pipelines, with the discharge pipelines corresponding to the pressure levels one to one; 2) a step of spraying and cooling, namely a step of, when an overpressure release fluid flows into any one of the discharge pipelines, starting a spray pump to spray cooling water into the discharge device through a spray pipeline, and adjusting and controlling the spray amount according to operation safety threshold values of the operation parameters of the discharge device; 3) a step of completing overpressure discharge, namely a step of, when the time when the operation parameters of the dischargedevice are not higher than the operation safety threshold exceeds the stable time threshold, completing the discharge of the overpressure fluids and turning off the spray pump to stop spraying.
