The method comprises the steps: inoculating the resurgent goat mycoplasmagoat pneumonia subspecies strains of equal concentration to chicken embryos, then putting the inoculated chicken embryos in a thermostat box for cultivation, detecting the status and death situationsof the chicken embryos periodically, counting the fatality of the chicken embryos inoculated with the strains, and adopting the fatality for comparison and judgment. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, no need for complicated conditions of animal breeding, easy availability of experimental animals, a short consumed time, good repeatability and the like, and the workload ofanimal experiments is reduced greatly, so that the defects of high price of experimental animal goats, large individual differences, high breeding requirements, complex experimental operation, a longexperiment cycle and high workload in the prior art are overcome.
