Abstract

The invention discloses a judgment method of a blast furnace operation furnace profile. The method comprises steps as follows: 1), judgment of a height position of a cohesive zone on a cooling wall ina furnace: performing judgment according to a temperature range of the cooling wall of each section in the furnace; 2), judgment of a shape of the cohesive zone: judging the shape of the cohesive zone according to each point temperature detected through blast furnace top infrared cross temperature measurement or CO2 content value of each radial point in furnace throat gas; and 3), judgment of theblast furnace operation furnace profile through combination of the height position of the cohesive zone in the furnace and the shape of the cohesive zone. With application of the method, basic conditions of the blast furnace operation furnace profile can be judged and compared with a reasonable furnace profile, an adjustment direction of blast furnace operation is found out, a corresponding measure is taken for adjustment, so that gas flow in the blast furnace is redistributed, a reasonable operation furnace profile is formed, the blast furnace is enabled to be in a stable direct motion state, and purposes of high yield, low loss, high quality and long service life are achieved.
