The PWM control integrated circuit U1 is provided with a GND end, an FB end, a Vin end, an RI end, an RT end, a Sense end, a VDD end and a Gate end. The flyback switching power supply further comprises a frequency adjusting circuit connected between the FB end and the RI end of the PWM control integrated circuit. The frequency adjusting circuit is used for changing the working frequency of the flyback switching power supply according to the working state of the flyback switching power supply. When the flyback switching power supply is in a light load state, the working frequency is reduced by the frequency adjusting circuit. When the flyback switching power supply is in a heavy load state, the working frequency is increasedby the frequency adjusting circuit. Compared with the prior art, the flyback switching power supply has the advantage that the working frequency can be adjusted according to the working environment, so that the flyback switching power supply is suitable for wider occasions, energy can be saved, and temperature rise can be reduced.
