Abstract

The invention relates to research of an extract of total flavone of eucommia bark, and in particular to an extraction method of total flavone of eucommia bark and an application of the total flavone of eucommia bark in antioxidants and hypoglycemic agents. According to the invention, eucommia bark is taken as a raw material to extract total flavone in the eucommia bark by a microwave-assisted method, wherein an optimal extraction condition of the total flavone is determined by setting a single-factor experiment and optimizing a response surface. The invention provides the application of the total flavone in oxidation resistance and hypoglycemic activity.
