A receiving hydraulic cylinder is arranged above the charging hydraulic cylinder; the base is arranged on a right side of the machine body; and guide rails are arranged on the machine body below the base. Lead screws are adopted to drive lifting tables toachieve feeding and storage of workpieces, feeding and discharging are completed through the material placing hydraulic cylinder, the charging hydraulic cylinder and the receiving hydraulic cylinder,the placement and extraction of the workpieces are completed through the cooperation of a stepping motor, a gear and a rack and the combined action of a material pushing hydraulic cylinder and grippers, and the machining efficiency is higher.
