[0011] This experiment was carried out at the College of Horticulture, South China Agricultural University from November to December 2018. Weigh 10g of broccoli seeds with good plumpness, uniform size and no damage, sterilize with 5% sodium hypochlorite solution for 15 minutes, and then soak the seeds in tap water for 5 hours. Cotton is arranged, and two layers of gauze are spread on the cotton, and a layer of filter paper of 35*25 is laid again, and on the seedling tray (bottom length*bottom width=35*25) sprayed with tap water. After 4 days of shading culture, they were placed under different light conditions, including white light, 1R1B, 1R2B and 2R1B. There are four treatments in total, with four replicates for each treatment.
