Abstract

The invention relates to a microwave resonator. The microwave resonator comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a plurality of resonators, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are oppositely arranged, and the first electrode and the second electrode are used for generating an electric field; the plurality of resonators are arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, each resonator comprises N layers of resonator frames, each resonator frame is a rectangle with an opening at one end, and N is a positive integer greater than 1. According to the invention, the M frequency points are distributed between passbands by using a structure in which the plurality of resonator frames are nested with one another, so that the inter-band steepness is greatlyimproved. Besides, the resonator frames are obtained by deposition on the substrate through adoption of a deposition method, and a traditional resonator preparation method is changed, so that the size of the resonator is greatly reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of microwave communication, in particular to a microwave resonator. Background technique [0002] The surface resistance of high-temperature superconducting materials is very small. Filters and resonators made of high-temperature superconducting materials have a series of advantages such as low loss and steep band edges, which can greatly improve the sensitivity of communication devices. Superconducting films are grown on substrates such as magnesium oxide, lanthanum aluminate, and sapphire. Due to this planar structure, superconducting filters are generally made into planar microstrip structures. There are superconducting films on both sides of the substrate, one of which is grounded and the other One side is made into a circuit by photolithography and dry etching. The filter circuit is made of a resonator and an input and output feeder. A good resonator has a great influence on the performance of the filt...
