The digital switching type inertial hydraulic converter comprises an energy accumulator, a liquid sensor end cover, a valve body, a single action hydraulic cylinder, pilot high speed on-off valves, a two-position three-way high-speed on-off valve, a rotary flow distributing valve, a shaft coupling and a driving motor; isolating and pressurizing functions of high and low pressure oil liquids are realized by driving the parts, such as the rotary flow distributing valve, a centrifugal pressurizing disc and a flow distributing disc, by using a driving motor; the on-off function of the high and low pressure oil liquids is realized by independent switching control of the two pilot high speed on-off valves; the functions of accelerating the flow of high pressure oil liquid in a spiral type compact liquid sensing pipeline and sucking low pressure oil liquid under force are realized by forming the spiral type compact liquid sensing pipeline through interference fit of a spiral liquid sensing pipe and an outer sleeve; according to the hydraulic converter in the form, the hydraulic workefficiency is greatly improved; the adaptability is high; the reliability is high; and an electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic control system with high energy consumption and poor anti-pollutioncapacity is expected to be replaced.
