Abstract

The pneumatic device provides a gas source for the lamp replacement device and the material conveying device. The clamping base fixedly bears a breakdown LED module and the correction table. The correction tableconveys the lamp replacement device to breakdown lamp beads of the LED module. The lamp replacement device generates hot air and is conveyed to the LED module under inflation and suction of the pneumatic device, soldering tin of the breakdown lamp beads welded to the LED module are molten, and the breakdown lamp beads are demounted down through adsorption. Replacement lamp beads are adsorbed froma conveying device to be placed at the demounting place of the breakdown lamp beads. The material conveying device is arranged on the clamping base and moves to the position under the lamp replacement device under inflation and suction of the pneumatic device to bear the breakdown lamps beads demounted down in the adsorption manner and convey the replacement lamp beads to the position below the lamp replacement device.
