Abstract

The invention discloses a continuous power generation device and method utilizing organic working medium pump-free circulation, and belongs to the technical field of medium and low temperature heat source power generation. The device and method are used for converting heat energy of a heat source within the range of 70-400 DEG C into power energy through power circulation. The device is jointly driven by flash evaporation jet force and gravity, and comprises a flash evaporation jet pipe bundle, a magnetic ball movement pipe bundle, a liquid storage tank, a linear power generator unit and a rotary power generator unit. After a low-boiling-point working medium in the flash evaporation jet pipe bundle is heated to boil, a lower magnetic ball plays a role of a check valve, kinetic energy generated by boiling expansion of the working medium drives an upper magnetic ball to cut a linear power generator winding to generate power; and meanwhile, a gas-liquid mixture pushes an impeller to rotate to drive the rotary power generator to generate power. When a low-boiling-point working medium in a heat transfer pipe is heated to be boiled, the boiling injection process is intermittent for a single heat transfer pipe, and the impeller can continuously rotate to generate power for the flash evaporation jet pipe bundle. Compared with a traditional organic Rankine cycle, pump work is saved, theadvantage of being high in efficiency is achieved, and the device and method can be applied to medium-low temperature waste heat power generation.
