Embodiment Construction

[0051] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that these descriptions are exemplary only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Also, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the concept of the present invention.

[0052] Given a cardiac CT image, extract the heart according to the reverse method, and process the descending aorta, spine, and ribs in the non-target area, and gradually remove non-cardiac tissues such as the chest wall, lungs, vertebrae, and descending aorta. Extract the image of the heart. On the obtained cardiac image, the ascending aorta and its centerline are extracted by utilizing the circular feature of the aort...

Abstract

The invention discloses a coronary flow reserve calculation method based on myocardial blood flow and a CT (Computed Tomography) image. The method comprises the following steps of: extracting a myocardial image to determine a myocardial volume; positioning a coronary artery orifice, and carrying out accurate segmentation on the coronary artery; carrying out edge detection of coronary artery volumedata to generate a grid model required by calculation; through noninvasive measurement, determining a resting state myocardial blood flow and CFR (Coronary Flow Reserve); calculating a total flow ona coronary artery inlet under a maximum hyperaemia state; determining the flow of the maximum hyperaemia state in different blood vessels in a coronary artery tree so as to determine the flow rate V1of the maximum hyperaemia state; taking the V1 as the flow rate of the coronary artery inlet, calculating pressure drop [delta] P from the coronary artery inlet to the narrow far end of the coronary artery, and average pressure P<d>=P-[delta] P in the coronary artery of the narrow far end, and calculating the coronary flow reserve. On the basis of a heart CT image, FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve)can be quickly and accurately obtained in a full-automatic way.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of coronary imaging evaluation, in particular to a method for calculating coronary artery blood flow reserve fraction based on myocardial blood flow and CT images. Background technique [0002] Both coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound are considered the "gold standard" for diagnosing coronary heart disease, but they can only perform imaging evaluation on the degree of lesion stenosis, but it is unknown how much the stenosis affects the distal blood flow; Fractional flow reserve (FFR) has now become a recognized index for functional evaluation of coronary artery stenosis, and its most important function is to accurately evaluate the functional consequences of an unknown coronary artery stenosis. [0003] Fractional flow reserve (FFR) refers to the ratio of the maximum blood flow that can be obtained by the myocardial region supplied by the target measurement vessel to the theoretical maximum blood flow th...
