Through the adoption of the throat swab disclosedby the invention, when acquisition of a throat swab sample is performed on a patient, the protection umbrella is arranged at a position close to the mouth and nose end of the patient, so that droplets and aerosol which are splashed by the patient can be effectively isolated, and in the acquisition process, the exposure risk of medical care personnel and pollution to the periphery environment of the patient are effectively reduced; and the throat swab is simple in structure and good in protection effect.
